Deposit problems are very frustrating so we have compiled this list that will address all the problems we see regularly.
We have several different processors available to you. If your first attempt is declined our systems will find an alternative for your next attempt.
Try a different card:
If you are having trouble with your Visa, try a MasterCard or vice versa. If you are using a pre-paid or gift card, try using your bank issued card.
Try a different amount:
While some of our processors can handle deposit of just $26 some will only accept deposits of $35 or more. Attempting a different amount may open up more processing options for you.
Remember that you may get billed slightly more than the deposit amount:
So if you have $50 left on your pre-paid card you may have trouble depositing the full $50, try $45 instead. These costs are a pain however they are largely out of our control and we certainly do not benefit from them. Nonetheless we are happy to compensate you for these additional costs of playing with us. Just contact support.
Don’t go crazy:
Our automated systems may put you on timeout if you try too many times too quickly. If this happens the system will reset within one hour, or you can contact support and we can help you out.
Try a different method:
Deposit problems with your card can also be resolved by using a different deposit method. We have a range of other deposit options that vary per your location. A good universal one is BitCoin. Just open a wallet with Coinbase, fund it with your card and then you can effortlessly transfer funds to and from the casino. Verify your account:
Especially if you are quite new to Kudos Casino. Simply emailing us a photo of your ID will enable us to unlock many more powerful processing options for you.
Make Sure your personal details are correct:
You can check the details we have for you in the cashier. Just press the ‘Cashier’ button on the deposit screen, then click on the magnifying glass icon next to your name. Make sure they match the details the bank holds for you. Our processors are very secure and will check everything matches up before approving any card deposits.
Check error codes:
Many times the response you see on a failed deposit attempt isn’t much use, however sometimes they do provide some useful information. Check for easily resolvable issues such as Invalid Card number, Invalid CVV etc.
